Company Overview
We are a leading local logistics company specializing in Clearing & Forwarding, Shipping and Transportation. We deal with a range of industrial clients, facilitating a premium service for machinery, raw materials, spare parts and finished goods. In doing so, we ensure the smooth running of our clients’ operations by managing an important element of their supply chain.
Founded and headquartered in Mombasa, we have built a strong working relationship over the years with the shipping lines, Port authorities, Customs authorities and Container Freight Stations (CFS) to enable efficient processing of documentation and clearance of cargo from the port and CFS.
Our Nairobi office is in close proximity to the airport to cater for clients’ airfreight requirements. Further to that, our Transport department is also based in Nairobi, servicing quick delivery and offloading from the port of Mombasa and catering for local cargo delivery imported by air
Management Team
Mr. Dinesh Trivedi
Mr. Dinesh graduated from Kundalia College in Rajkot with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Having worked in this industry for over 10 years beforehand, he founded Muranga Forwarders Ltd in the year 1989. Under his vision and leadership, the Company has grown rapidly to become a reputable and multi-award winning organization. Today, based in Mombasa, his expertise in imports and Customs clearance continues to serve our clients with expert advice.
Mr. Maulik Trivedi
Mr. Maulik graduated from the London School of Economics with a First Class Honors degree in BSc. Accounting and Finance. He moved to a career in Leveraged Finance in Investment Banking with Deutsche Bank London before moving to Kenya and setting up the Nairobi operations of Muranga Forwarders. An astute businessman, Maulik has contributed significantly to the growth of the Company through managing airfreight, government infrastructure logistics projects and the transport arm of the business.
Mr. Jai Trivedi
Mr. Jai graduated from Warwick Business School with a First Class Honors degree in BSc. Accounting and Finance. He then went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) under a training agreement with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and become a member of the ICAEW. His financial acumen and sound knowledge of systems is enabling continual process and system improvements through the organization for internal users and client reporting.
